Simple, flexible and community-minded

We ask for a regular pattern of use — for example, every Tuesday or Mondays and Thursdays rather than ad hoc bookings. That said, you can hold more than one day per week. Consistency helps us run the space well and helps you get into a rhythm.

Payment is made monthly in advance. It's a simple arrangement that keeps admin low on both sides.

The space is open plan, which makes it a lovely place to work, but not ideal for phone calls. If you need to take or make a call, we have two small breakout rooms and a boardroom available to book. Just plan ahead and reserve them in advance.

We are a hot desk setup, so there's no dedicated storage. Bring what you need each day and take it home with you when you leave.

We are right in the heart of Mt Albert

We are at 875 New North Road, Mt Albert.

By train: Mt Albert train station is a short walk away — easy on the Western Line.

By car: There is public parking (mainly 2-hour) right behind our offices. Please note we are not able to provide dedicated parking, so we'd encourage you to plan for that.
