Calling all aspiring cultural influencers!

Auckland’s local elections are coming up, and we need your voice to help inspire and engage our communities.

These elections decide who leads our city, from the Mayor to Local Board members, and influence everyday issues like public transport, clean water, and local services.

Yet in 2022, the voter turnout among migrant and ethnic communities remained low, even though these communities make up nearly half of Auckland’s population.

This year, let’s change that. Let’s boost voter turnout by sharing our personal stories.

We are inviting you to record a short 30-second selfie video answering 3 simple questions about your voting journey and why it matters to you.

We will handle the editing and share your video on our platforms during the local elections campaign.
